The Chequers Inn is a wonderful place to escape into nature, with rooms that are not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated. I loved the spacious Junior Suite that featured a large wet-room shower. The location is perfect for lovely woodland walks—there's a scenic path right opposite leading to stunning views of the valley.
